Staff Reporter : Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL), the country’s leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturer and marketer, has appointed Ruhul Quddus Khan as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director. He will assume the role from November 1 , 2025.

Ruhul Quddus Khan joined the Kalurghat factory as a trainee through the Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) in 1996. Over a career spanning over 29 years, he has held various leadership positions in supply chain and research and development (R&D) in Bangladesh and India. In the past years, as the Supply Chain Director and later as the Head of Customer Experience and Logistics at Unilever Bangladesh, Ruhul played a key role in transforming UBL’s supply chain into a high-performance and future-proof system. During this time, he focused on customer-centricity , data analytics , process automation and digital transformation.
Ruhul Quddus Khan has been instrumental in Unilever Bangladesh’s journey towards achieving net zero as part of Unilever’s global commitment to sustainable development. Ruhul holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). He is known as one of the most respected leaders in the supply chain and operations sector in Bangladesh.
