MD Rafiqul Islam (Narail) : Prime Bank PLC., a leading financial institution in Bangladesh, has extended agricultural loans to farmers in Narail as part of its commitment to fostering the growth and development of the country’s agricultural sector. In a recent initiative, the bank provided loans to 40 farmers in Kalia Upazila of Narail District.
To mark the occasion, Prime Bank organized an Open Credit Program with farmers at Kalia Upazila, Narail, on Sunday. The event was attended by Md. Abdul Kuddus, Additional Director, Bangladesh Bank, Khulna; Md. Nazeem A. Choudhury, Deputy Managing Director of Prime Bank PLC. and Other senior officials of the Bank.
Speaking at the event, Md. Nazeem A. Choudhury, Deputy Managing Director of Prime Bank PLC., stated, “Agriculture is indispensable for ensuring food security, creating employment, and alleviating poverty in Bangladesh. Prime Bank is committed to supporting the agricultural sector by ensuring farmers have access to affordable financing and opportunities for growth.
