Staff Reporter : Grameenphone, the country’s leading telecommunications services provider, has entered a strategic partnership with tapmad, a premier OTT streaming platform, to enhance digital entertainment experiences for Bangladeshi audiences.

Through this partnership, Grameenphone customers will now enjoy seamless access to tapmad’s premium subscription services, including live coverage of leading global sporting events, along with a rich library of movies, dramas, and on-demand content.
Customers can subscribe through the MyGP and tapmad mobile apps or websites by directly using their Grameenphone mobile balance, removing the need for credit cards or separate payment gateways. Subscription options include a weekly package priced at BDT 55 and a monthly package at BDT 110.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed today by Zahiduz Zaman, Head of Digital Platform, Payment & Partnership of Grameenphone, and Yassir Pasha, Chief Executive Officer of tapmad.
