News of their corruption, looting and financial embezzlement has already been published in various media.
In the election, the Mohiuddin-Mukit Parishad has made various commitments related to the interests of private medical colleges. One of them is to cancel automation in medical student admission, abolish the system of paying the fee set by the government in installments for student admission, introduce a single integrated inspection system for regulatory authorities, cancel the inclusion of regulatory bodies in the medical college board of directors, set the minimum number of seats in private medical colleges to 100, and provide government incentives to private medical colleges that generate foreign exchange.
Dr. Muhammad Abdus Sabur, the candidate for the post of Organizing Secretary of Mohiuddin-Mukita Parishad, said, “It is possible to realize the huge potential of providing quality medical education and health services by creating a favorable environment for private medical colleges in Bangladesh by utilizing the opportunity for change created in Bangladesh by the anti-discrimination July 2024 revolution. This requires our united efforts behind the right leadership. We hope that such a reality will be reflected if Mohiuddin-Mukita Parishad wins. At the same time, all the commitments related to the interests of private medical colleges will be implemented.”
